SYNOPSIS:

The film depicts the life of three teenager boys in Tehran House of Correction.
They are the innocent victims of the serious social problems such as addiction, poverty and divorce, which the Iranian society is faced with.

 BIOGRAPHY:  

Independent filmmaker and photographer, Mehrdad Oskouei was born in 1969 in Tehran. He has a B.A. in film directing from University of Arts. Oskouei started his artistic career as theater player and filmmaker in 1981 and 1988 respectively. He has made 22 documentaries and short films.
His films have received many awards from national and international festivals. "The Other Side of Burka" was nominated as the best Iranian documentary and Oskouei as the best young Iranian filmmaker of the year in 2004 and 2005.
 His latest film "Nose, Iranian style" was nominated as the Golden Movie Squad DOC U! Award in Int'l Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA/2005) and has been shown successfully in many channels around the world.
