SYNOPSIS:

"The Play" is story of every day life of many children worldwide who don't want to accept the imposition of adult's opinion in their play. Soraya, a 6-year-old girl, is one of to these children who by her perseverance succeed to play her own way.

BIOGRAPHY:  

Born in 1960 in Arak, Gholamreza Ramezani started his professional artistic career in 1983. He has been the assistant director; scriptwriter and production manager of many films one of which is "The Runner", by the well-known director Amir Naderi. He has also written and directed three features: "Passing the Trap", "The Cart" which were very well received and got many prizes in various Int'l children film festival. "The Play" is his third film.
